The DMG Platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without representations or warranties of any kind to the Artist, whether express or implied, including without limitation, (to the fullest extent permitted by law) as to the quality and/or fitness of the DMG Platform for a particular use, accessibility or warranties that access to, or use of the DMG Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. DMG makes no representations that the DMG Platform will be secure or free of viruses, or other harmful material or elements, or that any materials on the DMG Platform will be correct, accurate, timely or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMG expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the DMG Platform and is in no way responsible for;
the conduct and behaviour of any user of the DMG Platform;
any incorrect or inaccurate content on the DMG Platform; or
the consequences of any malfunction of any equipment or programming associated with the operation of the DMG Platform.
1.3. There may be times when the DMG Platform is temporarily unavailable to the Artist due to
maintenance or any to other reason beyond the control of DMG and in such event DMG is in no way responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Artist as a result of such ‘down-time’.
